Information on using the multi-storey car park.
- By entering the car park, the user undertakes to comply with the car park regulations.
The current regulations can be found on the website: - In order to smooth the traffic, you should prepare the card before approaching the barrier.
- The car should be stopped about 50 cm before the barrier.
- Do not drive your car under the barrier.
- The car should be stopped at the column, the presence of the car is signaled by the column with an appropriate message on the entry column
"Take the ticket // apply the card", and on the exit column "scan the ticket // apply the card". - When using tickets, press the button and, after collecting the ticket, enter the car park.
Do not enter the car park without a valid ticket! If the barrier is up or the ticket has not been issued,
contact security immediately via the intercom in the terminal.
Parking for ticket users is located on levels 0A and 0B (unmarked places). - When using tickets, after the stopover, the ticket should be paid at the automatic cash register located on level 0A.
- When using the card, it should be shown in the field of view of the antenna, which will open the barrier.
- The card should not be applied to the entry or exit column, nor should it be inserted into the ticket slot, it is enough for it to be in the field of view of the antenna, that is not in the column, but next to it on the pole.
- The card should not be presented together with other cards (some of them may interfere with reading the cards).
- Cards should not be bent, perforated, etc.
- The opening of the entrance barrier is signaled by the message "Welcome" on the column.
- Do not drive under the barrier when it is opening/closing.
- The barrier closes automatically after passing through it, so the User must stop in front of it each time and show the card.
- The card is assigned to the user, it is not allowed to let other cars in/out using your card.
- All cards have an anti-passback blockade, that prevents the entry of 2 cars on one card and prevents the car from leaving the car park without its entry being recorded in the system. If an attempt is made, the barrier will not open and an alarm will be displayed in the system.
- There is an absolute ban on parking cars on the access road to the car park.
- The car should be parked:
- for vehicles with designated spaces, only in the place assigned to the card.
- in the case of pool places, only at the levels assigned to them (more info in the following part.
- in the case of using the ticket, in places not marked on levels 0A and 0B.
- It is forbidden to pass under the barriers.
- Please respect the speed limit of max. 10 km/h.
- In case of problems with the barrier, please read the message on the column and contact security using the intercom placed on the columns.
- During the conversation, please provide the content of the message from the display on the column and the card number.
- Note - in case of problems with the card, you should always contact the staff, taking tickets is not allowed. Taking the ticket is tantamount to the willingness to use the ticket system and obliges to pay for the ticket parking!!!
- In the event of damage in the car park (oil, brake fluid, coolant leak), the User is obliged to inform security and sign a damage report.
- If the User does not have the card with him for any reason - the use of the car park will be possible only for a fee with a ticket, on the general terms described in point 6.
- Leaving the parking, the ticket should be paid at the automatic cash register or the card needs to be shown. The opening of the exit barrier is signaled by the message "Have a good trip".
"POOL" SYSTEM INFORMATION
- The pool / rotation system is a system that allows to program access to the Parking lot for a specific pool of cards, so that entry is possible only for a specific number of vehicles.
A company can rent, for example, 100 parking spaces and be in possession of, for example, 250 cards, so-called Pool /rotating cards. The first 100 cars will enter the parking lot, the entrance will be blocked for each subsequent one. The counter in the parking module continuously counts the cars, that have entered and left the parking lot. - Above the entrance to the Multi-storey Car Park, there is an information board showing the available places within the pool of individual companies.
- For users of the pool car park, the system counts all entries and exits of cars using pool cards, and the current number of free spaces will be displayed on the board above the entrance.
- Lack of free spaces in the pool car park on the board will be signaled by the number 0 displayed next to the company name, and in the case of driving up to the entrance column after presenting the card, the message "Area occupied, entry blocked".
- In the above case, it is possible to enter and use the car park only for a fee using a ticket on general terms.
- To do this, remove the card from the field of view of the antenna so that the message is not displayed and take the ticket.
- After the stop, before entering the vehicle, the ticket should be paid for at the automatic ticket cash register located on level 0A and at the exit column (do not show the card) the paid ticket should be scanned in the reader.
- The car should be parked:
Only in places rented and assigned to a given company, marked with a plate with the name and logo of the company.
It is forbidden to park in other places.
In the case of multilingual versions - in the event of divergent interpretations, the Polish version of “ “Information on the parking board and the use of the multi-storey car park” shall prevail.
